You see, every time you hear about the “abuse of power” claim they refer to Walt Monegan, when in fact the report is referring to “wanting the trooper (Mike Wooten) fired”. Wanting somebody fired because he is a danger to the public, for example because he tasered his 11-yr old STEP-SON (Id like to see what most of the women in the US would do if this was THEIR child and their HUSBAND did this. Hed be lucky to be breathing, Im SURE), DRANK ALCOHOL in his STATE patrol vehicle WHILE ON DUTY, and DROVE WHILE INTOXICATED in his STATE TROOPER VEHICLE. Wooten has been reprimanded for violating nearly a dozen laws and departmental policies since December 2001. Now, THAT sounds like a GREAT reason to not want to have him behind the badge of the State Police let alone the wheel of a STATE POLICE VEHICLE. BUT, we digress, WHAT WAS SAID, you ask?
